Each dock has its specific settings that help us manage the flow of vehicles within your plant. These details will allow us to properly configure the portal for your needs, including setting up transport types, vehicles, loading and unloading procedures, as well as capacities at each dock. 

The following information will be required for each dock for which you purchase our service: 

• Allowed transport types, such as loading, unloading, or both cases 

• Allowed loading and unloading types, such as from the side, from the back 

• Allowed vehicle types 

• Allowed load capacities [t] ,

For the digitalization of entries into the company, we will need the following documents, which we will upload to your service, and your users will confirm them online in the application: 

• Rules of conduct in company premises, also known as safety instructions. 

• Data processing principles.

For optimal utilization of the Smart Driver service, effective communication between company employees and drivers, and precise navigation of drivers in the area, we need detailed information about the location of the company area and individual areas inside. This information will allow us to configure the mobile application correctly for the drivers' needs and ensure easy and efficient navigation of drivers in your area.

To ensure accurate navigation and optimal organization of transportation, we will need the following information from you:  

• Layout of the plant as a map with GPS coordinates 

• Marking of plant locations along with GPS coordinates for entrance gates, docks, routes from entrance gates to docks
